Losing a partner changes everything. This group offers a supportive, trauma-informed space to process grief, share your story, and connect with others who understand the depth of this loss.

Together, we will gently explore the emotional, physical, and relational impact of losing a spouse while building tools to navigate the waves of grief.

Group Details:

  • Thursdays for 6 Weeks | 1.5 Hours Per Session (May 7-June11, 2026)

  • Location of group: 37000 Center Ridge Rd. North Ridgeville, OH 44039

  • Small Group (Max 10 Participants)

  • Trauma-informed & therapist-led

What You Can Expect:

  • A safe, supportive environment

  • Guided discussions and reflection

  • Gentle somatic (body-based) practices

  • Expressive art and writing options (no experience needed)

  • Tools for coping with grief waves, triggers, and daily life
